Hit .333 with three homers in the 2003 ALCS as a rookie and helped the Marlins win the World Series. From 2004-2007 in Florida, his average of 32 homers and 115 RBIs while hitting .318 made him peers in those categories with just Albert Pujols and Vladimir Guerrero. Cabrera hit 37 homers in his Detroit debut, becoming the first Tiger to lead the AL in homers since Cecil Fielder in 1991. The Tigers plan to pay him more than $152 million over eight seasons.
