--RHP Hayden Penn suffered a sprained ankle Friday. He entered the game in relief in the sixth inning then slipped on wet turf when he ran to back up on a play.

--1B Jorge Cantu's RBI single was his 11th in four games that SS Hanley Ramirez missed due to a bruised right hand.

--RHP Scott Proctor threw 20 pitches off the mound for the first time since going on the disabled list at the start of the season. "Baby steps," he said. "It's killing me sitting here and not being able to do anything."

--LF Jeremy Hermida's batting average jumped from .230 to .251 overnight before Friday's game because of an official scorer's change. He was given a hit on a play that had been initially ruled an error on Mets 3B David Wright. Hermida also picked up an RBI.

MEDICAL WATCH:

RHP Hayden Penn (sprained ankle) was injured in the May 1 game and is day to day.

SS Hanley Ramirez (bruised right hand) left the April 27 game, and he didn't play April 28-30. He returned to the lineup on May 1.

LHP Andrew Miller (strained right oblique) went on the 15-day disabled list April 21. The injury is not believed to be serious. He played long-toss April 28.

RHP Scott Proctor (sore right elbow) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to March 27. He won't return before mid-May.

RHP Rick VandenHurk (inflamed right elbow) went on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to March 28.
