"I just don't worry about it," Olsen, who hasn't won since May 6, said of his personal record. "Wins and losses are something to take when it's contract time. That's really not a concern at this moment. I'd like to win but it's not the bottom line whether I win or lose. It's about whether the team wins."
--RHP Joe Nelson allowed one hit in a scoreless ninth to earn the win in Florida's 4-3 victory over the Diamondbacks. It was Nelson's first win since Sept. 9, 2006.
--Utility man Alfredo Amezaga made his first appearance Sunday since leaving the game on June 21 with a tight left groin. Amezaga delivered a pinch-hit single Sunday. Amezaga said his groin felt fine after Sunday's game but he didn't want to predict how soon he could return to the starting lineup.
"I don't want to rush it," he said.
--RF Jeremy Hermida struck out in all four at-bats Sunday before doubling in the ninth inning and scoring the winning run in Florida's 3-2 win. He has hit in 14 of his last 16 games before Sunday.
Hermida raised a few eyebrows in the Marlins' dugout when he stood in the batter's box watching his line drive land in the ninth inning instead of running on contact.
Hermida, who had no chance for a triple even if he'd ran hard, still made it to second for the double. He took third on a wild pitch and scored the winning run on Jorge Cantu's single.
"I think he wanted to play umpire," manager Fredi Gonzalez said with a smile. "Don't play umpire. You hit the ball, you run. Luckily, he got in scoring position. For the little kids out there, you don't do that."
--RHP Josh Johnson (right elbow) allowed five runs on 11 hits in 5 2/3 innings Sunday for Class AA Carolina. He walked one and struck out three. His next start could be Friday for the Marlins in Colorado.
--2B Dan Uggla's ankle injury means more playing time for IF Robert Andino. Andino had played in four games this month before he replaced Uggla in the fourth inning Saturday. Andino started Sunday and will start the next three or four games until Uggla is ready.
Andino was hitting .182 in 26 games this year, including 1-for-4 on Sunday.
BY THE NUMBERS: 0 -- Wins for LHP Scott Olsen in six June starts. It was the first winless month of his career.
QUOTE TO NOTE: "It's all about managing the symptoms. It's manageable now, so that's why I can play." -- LF Josh Willingham, on the lower back strain that kept him out of action from April 28 until Tuesday.
