He will make his first start Tuesday since May 30, 2007, when he allowed six runs in 5 1/3 innings for Texas in a 6-1 loss in Oakland.
The Marlins haven't said how long Koronka will stay, but Sanchez will be out until around the All-Star break. With left-hander Andrew Miller on track to return to the rotation this weekend, that will give the Marlins two lefties to go with right-handers Josh Johnson, Ricky Nolasco and Chris Volstad.
Koronka, who has never faced the Brewers, is looking for his first win since July 30, 2006, when he allowed two runs in five innings in Texas' 15-2 win over the Royals. He was 2-1 with a 3.00 ERA in 10 games (four starts) this year for New Orleans.
